Inter-state burglary case solved by Katra police, 4 apprehended, 2 Bullet motorcycle recovered Reasi Updates : Sohan Kohli Katra : Rajan Kumar resident of Hansali Katra district Reasi approached at police station Katra and lodged a written complaint on 11.01.2021 that his Bullet 350 CC motorcycle bearing registration number JK14A 5576 was stolen from Katra where he actually parked the said motorcycle. On this, the case FIR number 07/2021 U/S 379 IPC has been registered at police station Katra. During the course of investigation, Katra police arrested one suspect namely Anmol Dogra son of Prem Kumar resident of ward number 13, Matyal, Katra district Reasi disclosed that he alongwith another co-culprit namely Anku son of Majeed resident of Railway Road, Katra stolen the said motorcycle and questioned them. Further investigation contacted another co-culprit namely Gallu son of Shafi resident of Assar, Doda. During questioning all of them confessed their involvement in the said case and also disclosed that the stolen motorcycle bearing registration number JK14A 5576, they left from Jammu towards Ludhiana, Punjab and sold to a person belonging to the Punjab State. On this, SI Suman Singh assisted by ASI Fazal Din along with police party proceeded towards Ludhiana, Punjab by the orders of senior police officers to recover the stolen motorcycle. Further course of investigation and apprehended the said person and recovered 2 Bullet motorcycles from his possession and seized in above quoted case as a material evidence more recoveries are expected in further course of investigation. Today on 19.01.2021 Katra police recovered the said stolen motorcycle from the UT of Inter-state i.e. Ludhiana, Punjab. #ReasiUpdates #Katra
