Women Booked under Excise Act
Reasi/Jerri: Reasi Police busted an illicit liquor manufacturing setup during patrolling in the panchayat Jerri area.
Acting on specific information, a police team raided the residence of Gurjeet Kour, wife of Rajiv Singh, a resident of Jambri, Jerri.
During the search, police recovered around four litres of lahan along with distillery items used for preparing illicit liquor. In this connection, FIR No. 31/2026 U/S 48(E) of the Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Reasi.
