SMVDNSH Governing Body Holds 71st Meeting, Focus on Expansion & Affordable Care
Katra: The Governing Body of SMVD Narayana Superspeciality Hospital convened its 71st meeting at Kakryal under the chairmanship of Dr. K.K. Talwar.
The meeting reviewed the hospital’s overall performance and expressed satisfaction over its steady growth in patient footfall, services, and infrastructure. A comprehensive three-year plan was discussed to upgrade medical facilities, introduce advanced technology, and expand specialty services including oncology, nephrology, and cardiology.
A key highlight was the introduction of the “Do Dil Ek Bill” scheme, offering maternity services at an affordable fixed cost of Rs 19,999 to ease the financial burden on families.
The Governing Body also emphasized improving patient care quality and ensuring affordability under government schemes like Ayushman Bharat. Discussions were held on strengthening operations through collaboration with Narayana Health.
The meeting was attended by CEO Shrine Board, Sachin Kumar Vaishya along with other officials and senior functionaries of Shrine Board And Narayana Health.
